Our Accommodation

There are three bedrooms, a kingsize en suite, a super-kingsize en suite and a twin room with private bathroom.

Everything you need to rustle up a hearty meal ( apart from the ingredients) is provided in the fully- equipped fitted kitchen with modern hob and oven (including an integral grill and micro-wave), an upright freezer and a large refrigerator with plenty of space for food storage.

The open-plan living area is the perfect space to relax in the comfy sofas and chairs in front of the wood-burning stove.

Just off the hallway is the large conservatory/dining room , complete with solid oak dining table and chairs and a comfortable lounging area. The conservatory also has fully automated blinds that can be adjusted to suit your requirements.

Outside there is a large rear garden with a seating area and a natural burn running from the top of the garden and under the Smiddy. A barbecue is available for your use and plenty of garden furniture for your enjoyment.
